The Terms of Service for this website (the "Site") are the United Business Media (UBM) LLC Terms of Service, which may be viewed at http://www.cmp.com/delivery/terms.html, as supplemented by the following terms applicable solely to this Site (the "Additional Terms"):
- User Content. This is an open-content collaborative site, and we encourage registered users of the Site to submit, post, display, transmit and/or exchange information, ideas, opinions, creative works or other information, messages, transmissions or material to us or others on or through the Site, and to contribute edits, modifications or updates to the content on the Site (collectively, the "User Content"). You represent and warrant that your User Content will be original and/or you will obtain all third-party permission necessary for the use of User Content as set forth in these Additional Terms; you are the sole and exclusive owner of all rights herein conveyed to UBM and its affiliates and service providers, and to Site users; that you have the full and unrestricted power to convey such rights to UBM and its affiliates and service providers, and to Site users, free and clear of the claims of any other person or entity; and that your User Content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- Your Rights of Use. The Site may include a combination of editorial content provided by UBM, either itself or through third party content suppliers (collectively, "UBM Content"), and User Content. All UBM Content is the property of UBM, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors or suppliers, and the compilation of content on the Site is the property of UBM. However, you may use the UBM Content on the Site pursuant to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike 3.0 License unless otherwise noted on the Site. Pursuant to the section concerning "Rights of UBM and Other Users To Your User Content," Site registrants who have submitted User Content have similarly granted you permission to use their User Content pursuant to the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike 3.0 License.
- Attribution. All use of content from the Site shall include the attribution information specified in the Creative Commons Attribution Non-commercial Share Alike 3.0 License including without limitation referencing the URL: http://wiki.ibmdatabasemag.com.
- Trademarks. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners, including in some instances UBM LLC.
Site Disclaimer. The structure of this Site allows anyone with an Internet connection who registers with the Site to modify existing content or contribute new content. Without limiting anything contained in the UBM LLC Terms of Service, linked to above, (i) you are assuming the entire risk as to the quality, validity and accuracy of UBM Content and User Content, and under no circumstances shall UBM be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on information obtained on the Site; and (ii) you assume all risk of, and you agree that UBM bears no responsibility for, any liability that may arise, due to your use of any User Content.
